Boilerplate
Copy this verbatim.
Lehvel is a national operating network connecting property operators with trusted local independent trades. Work is scoped, bid, signed, escrowed and recorded in one place.
Lehvel is a national operating network connecting property operators — investors, landlords and property managers — with trusted local independent service professionals. Instead of coordinating repair and turnover work through texts, spreadsheets and group messages, operators post scoped work, receive itemized bids from vetted contractors, sign a scope of work, and pay through escrow that funds at acceptance and releases on approval. Every job leaves one auditable record. Operators pay a subscription. Contractors join and bid free, and are charged only a transaction fee of 1.5–3% when a completed job is released. Lehvel never charges for leads.
Lehvel. Local work, organized.
What we believe
Brand tenets.
- 01
The work is not the problem. The coordination is.
Trades are good at their trade. Operators are good at operating. What fails between them is scheduling, scope, documentation and payment — and that is the part software should carry.
- 02
A record beats a memory.
Every scope, signature, material approval, message and payment lands in one place. The answer to "what was agreed, by whom, for how much" should take a second, not an afternoon.
- 03
Money should be certain before anyone mobilizes.
Funds move to escrow when a bid is accepted and release when the operator approves the work. The contractor knows it is funded. The operator knows it is not spent.
- 04
Never charge for a lead.
Charging a contractor to find out a job exists is the incumbent model and it is why they distrust platforms. Lehvel charges a subscription and a transaction fee on completed work. That is it.
- 05
Local is the product, not the limitation.
The network is national; the relationships are local. A vetted plumber twenty minutes away beats a national call centre every time.
