A fact is confirmed, needs review, unknown, or stopped, which means it must not be published. Who said it matters too: an owner outranks a listing, and a listing outranks a guess. And every fact ages, so a stale one gets checked again without its value changing.

Rules
An observation never overwrites a confirmed fact. When a website, a listing or an AI answer disagrees with the record, it opens a conflict for a person to resolve.
Used internallyA fix counts only when a later check confirms it, and the checker is never the one who made the change. We've run that loop end to end once, on a Google listing. It isn't proven yet for a website or an AI answer.
