There's no form to submit and no setting to switch on. ChatGPT and assistants like it describe a business from what they can read: your website, your Google listing, directories, reviews, articles that mention you. When those agree and are current, the answers tend to follow. When they disagree, the assistant picks one, and it isn't always the right one.
So the work is plain. Say clearly on your own site what you do, where, and how to reach you. Keep your listings matching it. Then check what the assistants say and chase down anything wrong.
