The questions customers ask
The questions that matter for your business, asked the same way every time, so today's answer can be compared with the last one.
Every answer, kept as it was said
Each assistant's answer is saved with the pages it cited and the searches it ran to write it. Nothing is edited afterwards.
Checked against your facts
Each thing an assistant says about you is marked as matching your facts, contradicting them, or not something your facts cover. Only words the assistant actually wrote can be flagged, and "can't tell" is never counted as wrong. Change a fact, and the answers are checked again.
Fixed, then asked again
A wrong answer shows the source it came from, so it can be corrected there. After the fix we ask again, and it only counts as fixed when a later answer stops getting it wrong.
