Decide what is worth building, and what should wait.
Strategy work tends to stop at the recommendation. Ours ranks the opportunities by feasibility and business impact, then designs the ones worth doing. Sometimes the evidence says to wait, and we say so.
How we approach it
- 01
Decide where AI belongs, and where it doesn't.
The answer might be an AI agent. It might also be an integration, a knowledge system, a redesigned workflow, a website or custom software.
- 02
Rank by impact and by what it depends on.
Each opportunity is weighed on what it would change for the business and what it needs first: source data, clear ownership, access to the right systems.
- 03
Agree on the measure before building.
We decide how we'll know whether something worked before any of it is built, then check the result against evidence.
- 04
Start from what's already there.
The plan works with the CRM, ERP, accounting software and vendors in place. Replacing them is never a precondition.
Questions it answers
- Where can AI create real value here, and where would it only add cost or risk?
- Which opportunities should come first, and which should wait?
- What has to be true about our information before software can act on it?
- How will we know whether the investment worked?
