Approach · Training and enablement
Done means your team can run it without us.
An engagement isn't finished when the system works. It's finished when the people who own it can operate it, explain it and change it. We plan for that from the start: documentation, training, governance and a named owner for every system.
How we approach it
- 01
Name an owner for every system.
Each workflow and record has a person accountable for it inside the business, not at Lehvel.
- 02
Document what it does and what it must never do.
Where a person checks the result, what the system is allowed to change, and how to change it safely.
- 03
Train in the real workflow.
People learn on their own documents and photos, in the tool they will use every day.
- 04
Hand over governance, then step back.
Who approves changes and how they're reviewed. Some work continues in phases or with advisory support; keeping you dependent on Lehvel is never the goal.
Questions it answers
- Who owns this system after launch?
- Can the team explain what it does, and what it must never do?
- Who approves changes, and how are they reviewed?
In practice
Where this shows up in our own work, with each item's current status.
Tell us what you're trying to accomplish.
We'll talk through the problem, whether Lehvel is a good fit, and a sensible next step. The scope comes from the problem, not a package.
