Help a farmer's AI find the right machine before the season starts.

For agricultural equipment dealers. Farmers and rural buyers are starting to ask AI assistants for a machine by horsepower, drive, hours and attachments, and who can have it ready in time. Lehvel keeps your machines, hours and availability accurate and current, so the assistant finds the right one and sends the buyer to you.

Hours are a tractor's mileage

Engine hours decide what a used machine is worth and whether it's a fit. On a combine, separator hours matter just as much. A listing with no hours, or one number with no date, makes an assistant guess or skip it.

Many machines report hours on their own through the manufacturer's telematics. With your permission, that's a stronger source than a typed listing, and the record says which source each number came from.

The calendar is a fact too

On rent is not sold. A machine out on rent comes back on a date. An assistant should say so, and say when, not drop it.

Available is only as good as today's reading. In planting and harvest, availability changes by the day. An old reading becomes “call the store,” never a promise.

No delivery dates from an assistant. When a farmer needs it by a date, the inquiry carries the date to your team. Nobody else promises it.

One request, five steps

A farmer asks: “Find a 100 horsepower MFWD tractor with a loader, under 1,000 hours, that I can have before planting, and ask if I can rent it first.” For your machine to be the answer, five things have to be true.

What Lehvel does

One record per machine. PIN or serial, horsepower, drive, hours per meter, attachments and status, read from your listings and then your DMS or feed. Each fact keeps its source and time.

Rental and rent-to-own as statuses. A machine on rent says when it's back; rent-to-own is marked only if you offer it.

One record of the dealership. Stores, hours, brands, service area and parts counters, the same on your site, Google and the assistants farmers use. We call it Business Truth.

A check on what AI actually says. We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity about your stores, your brands and specific machines, and compare the answers with your record.

A controlled way to ask. One action: an inquiry that reaches your team. It never quotes a trade, approves credit or commits a delivery date.

What's live and what isn't

Live today. Websites, search presence, checks of what the major AI assistants say about a business, and one managed record of the business behind it.

Building. The machine record with hours, attachments and rental status, read-only answers for assistants, and one inquiry that lands with your team. We want one farm equipment dealer to build it with first.

Not on the table yet. Trade values, financing decisions, holds or delivery commitments through an AI assistant.

Find out where you stand

Check My Business shows what AI assistants say about your dealership today, where your listings disagree, and what to fix first. A person at Lehvel reviews the findings before they're sent. No credit card required.

Questions

Our used machines are already on the manufacturer's used-equipment site. Is this the same?

No. That site carries your listings for buyers of one brand. Lehvel keeps your own record of every machine and your stores correct and current, so that site, the marketplaces and the AI assistants all have the right facts.

Can you read hours from telematics?

With your permission and the manufacturer's access, yes, and the record says the hours came from the machine. Without it, we use the hours you publish, with their date.

Will an AI assistant tell a farmer they qualify for financing?

No. It can say you work with lenders and send the farmer to the right person. Credit decisions stay with you and the lender.

Do we need to replace our DMS?

No. We start from what you publish, then add a feed or export from the system you already run.
