The usual reasons
- Spam filtering. Google's systems remove reviews that look automated or coordinated, and sometimes catch genuine ones, especially a burst of reviews in a short time.
- A policy removal, after someone reported it or Google's systems flagged it.
- The reviewer deleted the review, or their Google account.
- Your profile was merged with a duplicate, or suspended, which hides its reviews.
- A temporary limit. After unusual activity Google can pause new reviews on a profile for a while.
What you can do
- Check the profile's status first. A suspended profile's reviews come back when it's reinstated.
- Look for a duplicate profile that may hold some of your reviews.
- Ask a customer whose review vanished whether they can still see it while signed in. Filtered reviews are often visible only to the person who wrote them.
- Keep asking every customer, steadily, rather than in bursts.
What won't help
Asking a customer to post the same review again usually gets it filtered again. Buying reviews to replace lost ones breaks Google's rules and, in the US, the FTC's.

Can I get a deleted Google review back?
Not if Google filtered it. If the profile was suspended, reviews usually return on reinstatement.
