Do I need a website for my small business if I have a Google Business Profile?
For most businesses, yes: you do need a website for your small business even with a Google Business Profile.

Most Facebook business page problems come down to three things: the page name, who has access, and closing it. Name changes may be reviewed by Meta. Give helpers access through the page's access settings rather than sharing your login. And unpublish rather than delete if you might want the page, its followers or reviews back.
Edit the name in the page's settings. Meta may review the change and limits how often names can change, so pick the name that matches your signage and Google profile, and change it once.
Unpublishing hides the page and can be undone. Deleting removes it after a short grace period, along with its followers and reviews. If you've closed for good, say so on the page before you unpublish, and update your Google profile the same day.
Meta may have limited recent changes, or the new name doesn't follow its naming rules.
Ask them to add you. If that fails, Meta's help center has a process for regaining access.
No. You don't control it, and it can't do what a website does for search.
