The short answer
To see your Google reviews as a business owner, sign in, search your business name, and open Reviews in your Business Profile. You'll see every review and can reply. To see reviews you've written as a customer, open Google Maps, go to your profile and choose Reviews under your contributions.
Reviews can be filtered as spam, removed for a policy, or deleted by the reviewer. A filtered review is sometimes still visible to the person who wrote it while signed in, which is why a customer may insist it's there when you can't see it.
Google doesn't offer a simple export in the profile. Some review tools can pull them for you.
Counts can lag or differ briefly. They usually settle within a few days.
