Local SEO for multiple locations works one location at a time. Each location needs its own verified Google Business Profile, its own page on your website with that address and phone, and its own reviews. Group the profiles in one business group so you can manage them together. Businesses with 10 or more locations can apply for bulk verification.
Each location page should say something only that location can say: the manager's name, parking, the neighborhoods it serves, photos of that building. Twenty pages that differ only by town name are doorway pages, and Google treats them that way.
