Your Apple Maps business listing is managed through Apple Business Connect, which is free. Claim your place card, verify you run the business, and correct the name, hours, phone and photos. iPhone users searching in Maps or asking Siri see this listing, so an old phone number here gets called.
Apple Maps is the default map on iPhones, and Siri answers from it. Many owners have never looked at their Apple listing, and it can quietly hold an old address or closed hours.
