How to edit your Google Business Profile

To edit your Google Business Profile, sign in to the account that manages it, search your business name on Google or open Maps, and choose Edit profile. Hours, photos and services usually update quickly. Changes to your name, address or category may be reviewed first, and big ones can send the profile back for verification.

Edit one thing at a time

If you're changing your name and address after a move, make one change, wait until it's live, then make the next. A bundle of big edits is more likely to be held for review.

It may be under review. Check the profile for a pending status.

Can I edit my profile from my phone?

Yes, from the Google Maps app or Google Search.

Can I edit a customer's review?

No. You can reply to it, or report it if it breaks Google's policies.
