Flooring marketing: showroom, install, and the photos that sell

2 min read · Updated

The short answer

Flooring marketing works when a homeowner can see you do their kind of floor in rooms like theirs. Give hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile and carpet their own pages, say which brands you carry and whether you install floors customers buy elsewhere, and fill the site with finished-room photos labeled by product and town.

Pages by floor type

  • Hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet.
  • Refinishing and repair, if you do them.
  • Commercial flooring, on its own page.

Answer the questions that decide

  • Do you install floors the customer bought somewhere else?
  • Do you move furniture and remove old flooring?
  • How estimates work, and how soon you can start.
  • Financing, if you offer it.

Showroom and service area

If you have a showroom, your Google profile needs its hours and photos of it. If you install across a wide area, list the towns you actually serve and show jobs from them.

Questions
