How to log into your Google Business Profile now that the app is gone

To log into your Google Business Profile, sign in to the Google account that manages it, then search your business name on Google or open Google Maps. The profile's management tools appear right there. Google retired the separate app in 2022. No tools showing? You're in the wrong account.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to the Google account that owns or manages the profile.
  2. Search your exact business name on Google, or open the Google Maps app.
  3. Use the management panel that appears above or beside the results.

If you can't get in

  • Try your other Google accounts; owners often set it up on a personal one.
  • Ask whoever set it up, like a former employee or agency, to add you.
  • Request access from the listing if nobody responds.
