Someone edited my Google Business Profile. What happened?
If someone edited your Google Business Profile, it was a member of the public suggesting a change, Google updating details from other sources, or another manager on the profile.

Google Business Profile hours come in three kinds. Regular hours are your normal week. Special hours override them for holidays and one-off closures, and should be set in advance. "More hours" let you list separate times for things like delivery, pickup or a drive-through. When hours are wrong, customers and AI assistants repeat the mistake.
Change hours on your website, Google, Apple Maps, Bing and Facebook on the same day. When they disagree, customers, search engines and AI assistants have to guess which is right.
Google can update details from other sources or user suggestions. Check your profile for updates and correct them.
Mark the business temporarily closed rather than removing the hours.
It helps. Confirming normal hours on a holiday can stop Google showing "hours might differ".
