Discovery call

Book an initial discovery call.

One hour of deep analysis of how your business runs and where AI can take work off your team. You leave with a structured game plan and meeting notes for your team.

What the hour is for.

Your systems
What you run today: ERP, quoting, catalog, accounting, vendor portals, and whether they talk to each other.
Your data
Where it lives inside the company: in those systems, in spreadsheets, on paper.
Your online presence
Where it appears outside the company: directories, listings, social profiles, PDFs on your site.
Where AI helps
With the first three known, which work AI can take off your team first.

How the call runs.

The call is recorded and AI takes the notes. You keep them as a structured document to share with your team.

  1. Find where time goes

Where your workflow loses time today.

  2. Name an owner

Who on your team can carry this.

  3. Set a budget

What a budget looks like and what scale to start at.

  4. Choose where to start

Which systems to touch first: operations, sales, customer follow-up or marketing.

  5. Decide how it connects

How closely the new work ties into what you run.

  6. Define success

How it would be measured, and how it lasts.

  7. Outline implementation

Who does what, in what order.
