In the session
- Pick the five facts customers ask about most, and list every place each one is written down.
- Read the copies side by side. Mark the ones that disagree and the ones nobody can source.
- Name the person in a position to know each fact, and when it was last confirmed.
- Ask an AI assistant the same five questions and set its answers against your records.
You leave with
- A map of where each of your five facts lives.
- The copies that disagree, with the source for each.
- An owner and a last-confirmed date for every fact, or a flag where there is none.
