Business Truth Diagnostic

A written diagnosis of where your business information breaks.

We work through your catalogs, price lists and supplier sheets with the person who can confirm each fact. Then we check what search engines and AI assistants say. Findings in writing, then two hours with Lehvel.

An aisle of wrapped windows leaning in rows on a warehouse floor.

What Lehvel examines.

Your systems
What you run today: ERP, quoting, catalog, accounting, vendor portals, and whether they talk to each other.
Your data
Spread across those systems, in spreadsheets, on paper, in people's heads.
Your online presence
Your website, listings, directories, social profiles and PDFs: what each one says, and where they disagree.
Where AI helps
What the AI platforms your customers use say about you today, and which work AI can take on first.

What you receive in writing.

A scope sheet
What was examined, what was left out, and where each source came from.
A map of what is true
The facts about your business, each tied to its source.
A read of your public pages
Your website and listings, read the way a buyer or an AI reads them.
A list of disagreements
Where public listings and answers about you do not match.
A table of AI answers
What the AI platforms your customers use say about your facts, with the date and method of each. No scores.
A trace of wrong answers
The likely source of each wrong answer, marked as likely until a cited source confirms it.
An evidence log
Every finding, with the source behind it.
A ranked decision memo
What to fix first, what to watch and what to leave alone.
A two-hour review with Lehvel
A live walk through the findings and the decisions.

How the work runs.

  1. Tell us about the business

A short intake and the materials you want read.

  2. We ask the AI

We put your facts to the AI platforms your customers use and save every answer with its date and method.

  3. We check the answers

Each one is compared with your records and your published pages, then marked supported, in conflict or unknown.

  4. You get the findings

The written findings arrive within three business days of a completed intake.

  5. Review with Lehvel

Two hours on the findings and the decisions that follow.

Who it is for.

Businesses whose facts live in too many places: manufacturers, distributors, dealers and the firms that serve them. If your systems disagree and a buyer or an AI assistant can get a different answer from each, start here.

Questions.

Is the two-hour review included?

Yes. The results review is part of the agreed Discovery scope, and Lehvel runs it.

Will Lehvel implement the recommendations?

Implementation isn't included. If it makes sense later, it needs a separate conversation and a written scope.

Do I need to give you access to my systems?

We start with public material and what you choose to share. Any further access is asked for explicitly and kept to the agreed scope.

Will this guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?

No. The Diagnostic documents facts, gaps, systems and options. Search engines and AI providers make their own decisions.

When do I get the findings?

Within three business days of your completed intake. You book the review for a time after that.

What if I need a different scope?

Talk to us about the scope. Any additional work is agreed in writing before it begins.

Need research or implementation beyond one business and its primary website? Discuss a separately scoped engagement

Discuss a Discovery.
