Two homepage passes went in the bin
A marketing hero with a phone in a frame got "are you on crack?" Back to the approved mockup, pixel for pixel.
Passes four and five of this homepage put a big headline over a framed phone. The founder's review was one line. The fix was to stop interpreting and rebuild the approved mockup exactly, then prove it with side-by-side screenshots at 390 by 844 before changing anything else.
Losses post here like wins do. That is the point of the feed.
