Can a customer request a legitimate website change conversationally and have the system execute, deploy, verify and report it safely?
02 · Why it matters
Generating a change is easy. Proving it landed — on the right site, for the right customer, without touching anyone else — is the product. The safety boundary is the feature.

04 · What we built or tested
- authenticated request → understood work order → trusted client identity → trusted live-site target → scoped mutation → push → production deploy → verify on the live page → customer-safe result.
- The model never chooses the destination; customer identity resolves a trusted target.
- Scoped mutations fail closed when anchors or authority are ambiguous.
- Terminal success requires the requested change observed on the canonical live site.

- Verification is a separate step with its own instrument, not a property of a green pipeline.
- Fail-closed beats fail-helpful on someone else's live business.

- Open until production canaries for the named client paths pass end to end. Not 'autonomous website management'.

Run the named-client canaries to DONE and publish the trace as the Trust page's evidence format.
