What we asked and what we found
Every entry answers the same eight questions, in this order.
Question
Can a business owner manage digital operations by talking, instead of learning another dashboard?
Why it matters
Owners say we are closed Monday or we stopped doing gutters to whoever is nearby. If that sentence becomes a clear change to the record, the record stays true.
State

What we built or tested
- Talk to Lehvel: the owner speaks, the system organizes what was said, suggests a next step and, once the owner approves, acts. It takes about five short exchanges, not a questionnaire.
- Recording and transcription from the microphone, with typing as a fallback. The details sort themselves into fields while the conversation stays natural.
- The conversation and the business record are kept apart: one is a transcript, the other is the checked truth.

- It must pass on a real iPhone. That test has exposed failures and stays the bar.
What we learned
- A conversation becomes part of the record only if the record is a separate thing a person can inspect. A chatbot transcript is not a record.
- Works in the browser and works on the owner's phone in a parking lot are different products.
Limitations
- This does not mean it works on every device. Voice is not done until it passes on a real phone.
