Can a business owner manage digital operations by talking, instead of operating another dashboard?
02 · Why it matters
Owners do not update forms. They say 'we're closed Monday' or 'we stopped doing gutters' to whoever is nearby. If that sentence can become a structured change to the record, the record stays true.

04 · What we built or tested
- Talk to Lehvel: TALK → STRUCTURE → RECOMMEND → ACT, about five adaptive exchanges rather than a questionnaire.
- Real microphone, recording and transcription paths with a text fallback; structured fields resolve while the conversation stays human.
- The conversation and the Business Record are separate planes: one is a transcript, the other is truth.

06 · What we learned
- Conversation becomes Business Truth only if the record is a separate, inspectable thing. A chatbot transcript is not a record.
- 'Works in the browser' and 'works on the owner's phone in a parking lot' are different products.
07 · Limitations
- Do not read this as 'works on every device'. Voice behavior is gated on real-device acceptance.
- No same-day execution claim is made from a conversation.
