Your Business Profile has a new reader.
Google's Gemini app now connects to Google Business Profile.
Google says an owner can ask it how the profile is performing (impressions, direction requests, calls), have it draft review replies in the business's voice, and use it to update hours, seasonal changes and gaps in the listing.
Jason's read: AI is going to keep local listings current, and AI search is going to read those listings when someone asks who to call. A profile with old hours, a thin services list and no recent posts gives it little to work with.
The businesses he expects to come up keep hours, services, products, links and posts current, and keep all of it matching their website.
We go through your profile, list what's missing or wrong, and check it against your site and social accounts.

Jason reads every request and replies by email.
