The assistant that reaches you first.
Walking into the office this morning, Jason got a notification from Muse, the AI assistant he uses.
His read: these assistants are going to compete the way email does, on open rates and on who reaches you first. He has noticed Muse timing its morning ping to when he gets up, then checking in around his schedule the rest of the day, and he thinks that timing is how these apps will build trust.
He thinks the same contest will decide which businesses an assistant brings up. The ones that show up will have current hours, real answers and follow-up that lands when the customer is ready.
We build the software, sites and follow-up behind that for working businesses, and we watch how it performs.
Or tell us what’s stuck.
Jason reads every request and replies by email.
