What I do.

I use AI to take the leads, the follow-up and the computer stuff off the owner's plate. Here's what that covers.

  • Answering and chasing leadsCalls, web forms, texts and messages get answered quickly, in your words. If someone goes quiet, they hear from you again instead of slipping away.
  • Follow-upThe quote you sent last Tuesday, the customer who said call me next month: they come back up on time, with a draft ready for you to send or change.
  • OutreachContractors, builders, past customers, the accounts you mean to call. Each note is short, sounds like you, and goes out only when you say so.
  • ContentYour jobs, your products and your know-how turned into posts and pages, from photos and video you already have. No stock photos, no filler.
  • Email marketingA plain, regular email to the people who already buy from you: what's new, what's in stock, what's worth knowing. Sent to people who signed up for it.
  • Getting found on Google and ChatGPTYour Google listing, your website and the facts about your business, kept right and kept current, so search and AI answers send people your way.
  • The computer stuff nobody has time forThe invoice that takes an hour and a half, the spreadsheet nobody trusts, the website nobody updates. If it eats your week, it goes on the list.

Nothing goes out to a customer until you or I okay it.How it works

One shop

What happened at one shop.

A family-owned building-products supplier. Like a lot of places, one guy wears every hat. He calls me his IT guy.

When we started, their website was gone, their listings had the wrong hours and the wrong names, and everything they knew lived in paper catalogs, PDFs and the owners' heads.

We sat down about fifty times in nine weeks. I pulled their old site back from the Internet Archive, went through hundreds of pages of catalogs and spec sheets, and turned it into one organized record that buyers and ChatGPT can both read. The new website was up on day ten. Then it kept shipping: product pages, a quote tool, posts from the shop floor.

These are their numbers, rounded:

  • About 12 daysafter the new site went up, the first lead found them on its own. It was a four-window job.
  • About 5 minutesfor an invoice that used to take 90
  • About 18%of their work week back
  • ChatGPTis where some buyers said they heard of them

The numbers are rounded, and I don't use their name.

Grab 40 minutes on my calendar.

Tell me what's eating your week. I'll tell you what I'd fix first.
