Med Spas &Aesthetics
Turn services, providers, policies and openings into a trusted layer for clients and AI agents.
Business Truth / Operational Truth / Agent Readiness
Make your med spa usable by AI agents.
For med spas and aesthetic practices, from one location to a regional group. Clients are starting to ask AI who offers a service nearby, whether a consultation comes first, and who has an opening after work. Lehvel keeps your services, providers, policies and availability accurate across the web and AI, so the next step lands with your team.
The client's question
“Find a med spa near me that does this treatment, with an appointment after 5 this week.” Then: “Does it need a consultation first? What's the deposit?” A front desk answers those every day. An AI assistant can only answer them from what your business has published, and today most of it is spread out.
| Compared | What the client's AI needs | Where it usually lives today |
|---|---|---|
| The service | The service as you name it, how long it takes, a published price where you show one | Your site's service menu, your booking platform's service list, social |
| The requirement | Whether a consultation comes first, and any minimum age or deposit | A line on a service page, the booking flow, the front desk |
| The provider | Who performs it, at which location | Your team page, your scheduling platform |
| The opening | A time after 5 PM this week, at either location | Your scheduling platform, by provider and room |
| The terms | Deposit, cancellation notice, memberships and packages that apply | Your policy page, the booking flow, membership pages |
| The next step | Book online, or ask for a consultation | Your own booking link, a form, the phone |
Your front desk shouldn't be the only system that knows the answer
Your front desk knows which provider does which treatment, which services need a consultation first, and where Saturday still has room. That knowledge is real, and it's hard-won. But it lives in people and calendars, and a client's AI assistant can't call the desk at 11 at night to ask.
Lehvel writes it down once, with your approval, so your website, your Google listing and every AI assistant give the same answer, and your team gets the requests that actually need them.
The front desk is becoming an interface
Booking assistants are arriving from several directions: search engines that book beauty and wellness appointments through booking partners, marketplaces opening their calendars to AI assistants, and the scheduling platforms' own AI front desks. Each one is only as good as the services, rules and openings it can read. When those disagree between your site, your Google profile and your booking menu, the client gets the wrong answer, or no answer.
Why a med spa's information comes apart
The menu lives in two places. Your site describes the services one way; your booking platform lists them another, with different names, lengths and prices.
Requirements hide in the flow. Whether a first visit must be a consultation, what the deposit is, how much notice a cancellation needs: often stated only once a client is halfway through booking.
Providers and locations change. A provider joins, moves locations or stops offering a service. The team page and the Google profile catch up later.
Openings change by the hour. Availability lives in the scheduling platform, by provider and room. Anything copied elsewhere is out of date before it's read.
Leads wait. An inquiry that arrives after hours, or without the service and location, waits for a call back, and the client keeps asking elsewhere.
What an assistant may answer, and what it never should
Business facts it can answer. The services you offer, how long they take, the prices you publish, whether a consultation comes first, which provider and location offer it, your deposit and cancellation terms, and when there's an opening.
Clinical questions it hands to you. Whether a treatment is right for someone, whether they're a candidate, whether it's safe for them, side effects, results, or a treatment plan. The answer is “consultation required,” or, when it depends on the person's health, “a qualified person needs to review this first,” with how to reach you.
Health information it never asks for. A consultation request carries the service, the location, the times that suit and how to reach the person. Nothing about their health.
One request, five steps
Take the appointment after 5 this week. For your business to be the answer, five things have to be true.
| Compared | The assistant's job | What has to be true about your business |
|---|---|---|
| Discover | Find med spas nearby that offer the service | Services are stated per location, and your hours agree everywhere |
| Understand | Read what the service is and how long it takes | Your own approved description and appointment length, in text |
| Qualify | Check whether a consultation comes first and who has an opening | Business requirements are stated; openings come from your scheduling platform; unknown stays “ask” |
| Contact | Find how to book and the terms | Your own booking link, deposit and cancellation policy |
| Act | Book, or request a consultation | The client books through your platform; a consultation request reaches a person at the right location |
What Lehvel does
One record of the business. Locations, hours, services offered at each, providers you list and how to book, kept consistent on your site, Google and the AI assistants clients use. We call it Business Truth.
Services AI can read. Each service as you describe it, with its length, published price, consultation requirement and the memberships or packages that apply, each with its source.
Openings with a time on them. Availability by provider and location, answered only from a current reading of your scheduling platform. An old reading becomes “ask the location,” and a missing one is never “fully booked.”
You decide what's public. Each fact is public, on request, or internal. Prices and provider credentials appear only where you approve them.
A check on what AI actually says. We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity about your services, providers and policies, and flag any answer that makes a claim you didn't make.
A controlled way to ask. One action: a consultation request, with no health details, sent to the right location for a person to answer. It never books, reschedules or takes a deposit.
What Lehvel doesn't touch
Clinical judgment. Lehvel never decides whether a treatment is appropriate, who is a candidate, contraindications, safety, results or treatment plans. That stays with your qualified providers.
Patient records. Lehvel isn't an EMR, a charting system or an intake form, and it doesn't collect health information.
Your scheduling and front desk. Lehvel isn't a booking platform, a CRM or an AI receptionist. It reads from the systems you run and keeps the public facts straight.
What's live and what isn't
Live today. Websites, search presence, checks of what the major AI assistants say about a business, and one managed record of the business behind it.
Building. The med spa record: services by location with their requirements and terms, providers as you list them, openings with the time they were read, read-only answers for AI assistants with the clinical line built in, and a consultation request that lands with the right location. We want one multi-location med spa to build it with first.
Not on the table yet. Booking, rescheduling, cancelling or taking a deposit through an AI assistant via Lehvel. Today the assistant is sent to your own booking page.
We can't promise that any assistant will send a client to your business. We can make sure that when one asks, your business has a correct, current answer and a way to take the next step.
Single locations, groups and the people who run them
Single-location med spas. Your services, policies and booking path said once and said right, so the front desk answers fewer of the same questions.
Multi-location groups. Every location's services, providers and openings kept the same everywhere, so a client's assistant can find the earliest opening at whichever location suits.
Owners, medical directors, practice managers and front-desk leads. You decide what is public and what an assistant may do. The clinical line is built in, not left to the assistant.
Find out where you stand
Check My Business shows what AI assistants say about your business today, where your website and listings disagree, and what to fix first. A person at Lehvel reviews the findings before they're sent. No credit card required.
Questions
Do we need to replace our scheduling or EMR platform?
No. Lehvel reads the public facts your systems already hold, under your permission. Patient records stay where they are.
Is Lehvel an AI receptionist?
No. Lehvel keeps the facts every assistant reads accurate, including your own front-desk tools, and gives outside assistants a controlled way to ask your team.
Will an AI assistant give medical advice about our treatments?
Not from Lehvel. Questions about candidacy, safety, side effects or results are answered with how to request a consultation with your provider.
Does Lehvel collect health information?
No. A consultation request carries the service, location, preferred times and contact details only.
Can a client's AI assistant book an appointment through Lehvel?
Not today. The assistant is sent to your own booking page. Booking through an assistant would run through your scheduling platform, with your opt-in.
How do we see what AI says about our med spa now?
Run Check My Business. It compares what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say with your own facts.
