Med spa marketing: search, reviews and AI, within the rules
Med spa marketing works when clients can find each treatment you offer, see who performs it, and trust what they read.
Kelton Murphy · 2 min readThe short answer
A med spa is agent-ready when an AI assistant can find it for a service, read what the service is and what the business requires first, see who offers it and when there's an opening, and reach the business's own booking path. It also means the assistant stops at the clinical line: candidacy, safety and results go to a provider.
Availability lives in your scheduling platform. An assistant should state an opening only from a current reading, and treat it as a reading, not a hold. With no current reading, the answer is “ask the location,” never “fully booked.”
Agent readiness never means letting an assistant answer clinical questions. Whether a treatment is right for someone, whether they're a candidate, whether it's safe for them and what results to expect belong to a qualified provider. The assistant's answer to those is how to request a consultation. And a consultation request shouldn't ask for health details at all.
Some can, through booking platforms and marketplaces. They still depend on your services, rules and openings being stated correctly.
No. A receptionist answers on your channels. Agent readiness is making sure every assistant, yours and the client's, reads the same correct facts.
It shouldn't. That's a clinical judgment for a qualified provider, at a consultation.
No. Agent readiness uses business facts only: services, providers, policies and openings.
